| I have not tried to merge and delete because the original account I added manually and contains my transactions which I started entering once I realized that the online update was not working. Is it just me, or is Microsoft really letting us down with 2007? Seems to have more issues with online updates than any previous version and MS seems less interested in fixing those issues than ever before. | Have you tried to merge the account and then delete it. I assume that you have already gone into Manage Online Services and stopped the service. By the way, I have a credit card with Pentagon Federal Credit Union which is listed on Microsoft's site as compatible and it has not worked for more than a year and I keep being told by Microsoft that they are working on it. -- Neil "Quest" <Quest[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:35B40023-CA2C-43BC-A137-0DF54E567CA1[at]microsoft.com... - quote - > I am having the same exact issue. | I am having the same exact issue. Tried deleting anything and everything to do with this account and it still comes back. I have had the issue for 2 weeks or so. | I attempted to set up online updates for First National Bank of Omaha (Credit Card) and ran into the "passkey" problem where updates cannot be performed automatically despite this bank appearing on MS Money list of supported institutions. Thanks fine - I understand MS continued to work on the problem. I deleted the account the MS Money tried to set up. However, MS Money appears to continue to try to set up this account - I didn't open Money for a few days and when I did, there where 4 copies of the account (same name appended with #2, #3, #4, #5). How do I get Money to stop trying to set up & access this account? Thanks, Phil |
