You can print the register with File-> Print. I suggest you "print"
to a PDF file so you can view the file and then only put the pages
to paper that you want. CutePDF and PDF995 have free PDF "printers".
You print to that "printers" and it makes a PDF file.

Just working with the account I can sort by date and I can sort by entry
order. I would like to do that with Account Transactions Report and print
so I can figure account balance as of a given date at two different points of
calendar time.

If you are reporting on one account, then what do you want to sort?

If it is one of the columns, you could try clicking the column
header once or twice.

Default Money reports, sort order

Can I have any control of the sort order in Reports? I am trying to sort
Account Transactions Report on a single account. Accounts can be displayed
in several orders when I am just viewing the account. How can I do this in
Reports?
