File-> Import as a new or recovered account. That way Money will not
try to match transactions or look for duplicates.

Have you tried File-> Export of a QIF file to use as a model?

Default Import Transactions from Excel to Money

I currently use Money 2005 and I have been trying to figure out how to import
my transactions from Excel to Money. I was able to write an Excel macro to
convert my data in Excel to QIF. However, I'm having the following issues:
1. When I import a file, Money thinks I'm downloading a bank statement to
reconcile my records and it tries to match my imported transactions to
transactions already in Money. How do I get it to just import the
transactions and treat them the same way as the transactions I enter manually
in Money?
2. With my imports, every data fields import properly except for the
category field. How do I correct this?

Thank You
