Take this as your computer trying to protect you from a useless product.
MEss will get you no more (and probably less) than you can get on your
bank's own website for free.

Ditch MEss and get your money back. Then download the trial version of
Money Deluxe. If you like it, don't pay for it on line. Instead get the CD
from a store or from Amazon, so you will be able to reinstall it if
necessary.
