Default Re: money 2002 error

My suggestion has nothing to do with non-alphabetic, alphabetic, upper-case,
lower-case, etc.. The issue in these types of situations is generally that
the financial institution or broker generally requires a user name /
password that is separate from the user name / password that you use to
access your accounts through their web page. Thus my suggestion to contact
your broker and have them authorize access to your accounts through MS
Money.

Call customer service at your broker and ask them to set you up for
Microsoft Money.

Let me repeat. Money doesn't make this stuff up--it comes from the financial
institution on the other end of the wire.

Are you trying to use the same username/password in MS Money that you use to
access your broker's website? If so, contact your broker for a
username/password to use with MS Money.

Maybe it only wants a PIN?!?! These rules are set by the financial
institution--Money just enforces/reports them.
