| My suggestion has nothing to do with non-alphabetic, alphabetic, upper-case, lower-case, etc.. The issue in these types of situations is generally that the financial institution or broker generally requires a user name / password that is separate from the user name / password that you use to access your accounts through their web page. Thus my suggestion to contact your broker and have them authorize access to your accounts through MS Money.
