| By and large the usage model for Essentials is "if your bank says it you are going to believe it". That's not to say there isn't a way to do what you want. But it's probably pretty well hidden which is consistent with the usage model previously cited. Almost no people here who regularly help people actually use Essentials. I'd like to be able to help you, but I used Essentials just long enough to conclude it wasn't of any real use. Hopefully somebody who is familiar with Essentials and can dive in here and help. I just wanted to warn you as to why you may not get much help from other users here. If the copy was a retail license, you might want to open a support case directly with Microsoft. If it was an OEM license pre-installed on the computer, that option is pretty much out. In the latter case, you might want to call the PC vendor, who is theoretically responsible for support, but they will probably say "what's Microsoft Money?" | I have been trying for a week to set this up and I am so tired of it. My account balance is off from what it should be and what the bank shows. All I really want to know is, is there a way for me (Im running Essentials) to move Adjustments into the Cleared Transactions without updating it from the bank. I thought that I would just put a fake deposit in, so that my begining balance would be correct and go from there. PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME! |
