I count 3.

Assuming you then you still have no success, and if you purchased
Money retail, I suggest you write down
your serial number (Help-> About), and contact Microsoft.

http://support.microsoft.com/money/ Enter the serial number as the
product ID.

Cal,

I tried both of your suggestions. Neither worked. Any other ideas?

Is there a remaining symptom? If so,
In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with
In IE6, Tools-> InternetOptions-> DeleteFiles.
In IE7,Tools-> InternetOptions-> Delete-> DeleteFiles.

Then in Money do File-> RepairMoneyFile-> QuickFileRepair.

If the problem still remains, do
File-> RepairMoneyFile-> StandardFileRepair level 2.

Sorry for my slow response. I am running XP Media Center Edition, and the
sample.mny file works fine. The summary is there as it should be.

Default Money 2006 no account summary for investment accounts

I recently had to wipe and restore my whole hard drive. My backup file for
Money 2006 restored just fine but I have no account summary for any of my
investment accounts. I can enter new transactions without a problem, and of
all my historical transactions are present. When I click on 'Account
Summary,' however, I just get a blank screen under the account title heading.
Any ideas? Should I un-install and re-install Money?
