I can now work on Money offline, and download bank statements from the web
into Money, but not using Money directly. I just can't log on to the
Microsoft Net thing...

Could the username and password problem have to do with the fact that
another person logged in at microsoft.com on my computer using their own
account and maybe that reset the default to her username and password? Is
this possible???

Don't do anything drastic. Try later.

Remember that old password. You may need it.


Sometimes a server gets hung up and gets reset on the next work day.

Default Can't sign in all of a sudden

When I try to sign in, I get a message saying the email address or password
are incorrect, but I haven't changed anything! My email address and password
have always been entered automatically and I just hit the sign in button. I
tried changing the password, but even with a brand new password, I still get
that message.

I can't even get technical support because they ask for the software serial
number which is only viewable once I sign in!
