| Yes, there is a manual download option. I have talked to them, that is the issue - they are requiring additional login information which is not/apparently cannot be passed to Money. Very unfortunate because I have valued the online aspect of Money highly and now can't use it. I was hoping Microsoft had been working on a way to get the additional login info required and pass it to Money to re-enable online service. Alas, it doesn't appear so. -- val "Michael Gordon" wrote: - quote - > Does the FI offer a manual download from its website? Have you communicated > with the Credit Union? | After years of successfully using online banking and automatically downloading statements, my financial institution changed to "enhanced security login" and I am no longer able to automatically download. Anyone else have this problem and find a solution? The enhanced security is in the form of questions in addition to username and password. I'm confident the answers are stored in a cookie because, once enabled by the institution, the questions remain answered until cookies are deleted. The cookie enables you to login to the financial institution just by username and password but this does not pass through to Microsoft Money nor MoneyCentral -- val |
