add salary

You should be able to add a new Paycheck under Bills Summary.

Let me know if you need more detail than this, I am going from memory.

Are you using Advanced Bills/Advanced Register? If not, do so.

Create a recurring Paycheck--either by hand (New|Deposit split into
Paycheck) or from a previous register entry that looks like what you want
via r-click Make Recurring on the register transaction.
