Take a look at the posts on this thread:

Subject: td ameritrade downloads

See if that helps.

Default Two Accounts One Bank

I am running MS Money 2006 Standard on a computer running under Windows XP
Home Edition. We have two accounts with Indy Mac Bank. I can download the
information from one of the accounts but not the other. These accounts have
separate authorization requirements. However, when I attempt to set up a new
account and select the bank, it does not ask me if the account uses the same
account information. If I continue as if it were a new account, I get the
message the bank has rejected the request or something similar.

I might add that I also run Quicken 2007 as well and experience the same
problems when attempting to download from to separate accounts.

Is there a workaround or another solution I am failing to try in getting
these downloads?

Thanks
