| "Money 2007 DOES allow you to establish an online service for more than one account through the same brokerage." Well, I figured it out. Only by establishing a new account (account setup wizard), then "merging" this account with an established account, does it trigger this portion of the online setup wizard: "you've already setup an account with TD Ameritrade...is this the same one..?" At that point, you can say no and put in a seperate login credentials. On the third account setup, I learned that during the later stages of the account setup wizard, you can point it to an already established account. Using the account setup wizard was the key. Thanks for your guidence. |

Money 2007 DOES allow you to establish an online service for more than one account through the same brokerage. In Money, you'll probably have to "Stop using online services" for the original linked accounts and then set up each account to use online services separately using separate usernames and passwords for each one. I've done this successfully with Fidelity. Hope this helps. -Kevin "akh" <akh[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:F23BA93E-7126-42D9-A9BD-CD84305BF59A[at]microsoft.com... - quote - > I have 5 accounts w/ TD ameritrade - IRA's, roth IRA's, etc. They > orginated > w/ Waterhouse Securities. | I have 5 accounts w/ TD ameritrade - IRA's, roth IRA's, etc. They orginated w/ Waterhouse Securities. This week, TD Ameritrade broke my downloads. In the past, I had one username and password to download all five - they were "linked". They used a special "w" number. Now, they say, I must put in a serperate username/password for each of them. Unfortuneately, Money 2007 won't let me establish one for each, as they are all with the same brokerage. Any ideas or work arounds..? I can get one of them at a time, but have to "stop using online services", then put in the next account/password, and point it to the next account....the only work around I got. I have called TD ameritrade...they are lame, especially on the weekend. |
