Okay, I have egg on my face, so to speak. I found my so-called> the new account on import or ask me to which account the import should > post. There, > the #15 account isn't even listed, because it doesn't have a history > of any imports. "error" in #15. Previously, I had an account #15 with this same institution that was closed and inactive in Money, but still in the master account listing. The downloaded statement landed in that account. I only found this out because I am archiving my 2006 transactions and removing old, old accounts in my current file that have not been used for 3-4 years. And there was the transaction download, residing in the closed #15 account. I never considered or thought to look in a closed account, even with the same sub-account number as this situation possessed. I figured Money would use only current and active accounts. Learn something new everyday about this ol' software. Regards, Pamela |

| I have multiple accounts at R1CU and have them all set up for web imports. Today, I added two additional identical-type accounts that have been existing for a month at the R1CU website. The first account, let's call #14, imported transactions just fine. The second account, #15, will not bring anything in. It won't even search for the new account on import or ask me to which account the import should post. It just gives me the "import complete" window and transfers me to my list of web-enabled accounts and their download history. There, the #15 account isn't even listed, because it doesn't have a history of any imports. The #14 account shows up there just fine, with the date of the last import. I've deleted the account and re-established it 3 times, but it won't import the OFX statement. I've looked for hidden transactions and scrubbed the .qif file from that process, but nothing worked. I've deleted temp files in IE to no avail. THEN.... I imported the statement as a .QIF file and, low and behold, Money asked for the appropriate account and imported the transactions correctly. I've never selected the .QIF imports before, but saw another poster's workaround and decided to try it. What is going on with Money 2007 Deluxe? I'm a confirmed Money user for 10 years, as well as a R1CU client for much longer. Never had this problem before. Googled and saw Cal Learner-MVP's postings, but they didn't resolve this issue. Cal, any thoughts on this anomaly and will I have to continue using the .QIF import for this account only? That's going to be a hassle. Regards, Pamela |
