Which state. Some BoA accounts are directly downloaded and some use the
CashEdge helper software to scrape the information from a BoA website. I
would guess you are in CA, WA or ID.

It usually does not help to delete or uninstall. Sometimes it may take a
few days. You should have error codes in your call summary that can help.
At the bottom of the page click on check network status. Scroll down to
check status of an account in MSN money. click on the link. You can click
on an error code and it will tell you what it means.
