Perhaps you could consider an XP System Restore to a restore point
from before the problem occurred..

Been using Money 07 Deluxe for a few months successfully. Suddenly, a
" Money 2007 Online Services Policy" statement appearing. Upon
accepting, an error message appears, "money unable to load the
registration library (dll)". Tried all the easy stuff like disabling
firewall, etc.. Any ideas??
