Error Message on Startup

there is a patch on http://www.mvps.org/money/faq.htm. it seemed to work for me.

I found nothing to match, but did run across this troubling article:

When I Start Money 2004 i get the message
"A file is needed to run the planner is either missing or corrupted . To
resolve this problem reinstall and the reopen Money file.

I reinstalled but the messsage is still there
