Default Re: Money's Online Services - new bank logins?

Thanks for the info. I'll check out the Yodlee site and see if there is any
other info I can dig up.

It depends upon what was done to the site. I had one Federal Credit Union
that made a change to the site and it took Yodlee over a month. At about 4
weeks I set up my on account on Yodlee and files a direct on line complaint.
It was about a week before they fixed it.

I however have noticed several of the sites that now use the 3 part
authentication where you have a username, password and randomly changing
question. Those do not seem to get solved. In the case of ING, Yodlee
solved it for those that had Yodlee accounts but never was able to solve it
for the interface all the way from Money. Thus it is possible that some
sites will never come back.

I wish I could tell you who to talk to about resolving the issue. That is
why I have stopped trying to access any FI that uses a third party (Yodlee
or CashEdge) interface. I find I can down load the file from the website or
manually enter the data.

Default Money's Online Services - new bank logins?

With many banks now changing over to this Site Key verification during
login, Money no longer is able to access those sites during it's automatic
updates and statement downloads. Does anyone know how long it takes for the
programmers to make fixes when a bank does that? I haven't been able to
access my TCF Bank info from Money for a couple weeks now since TCF changed
to the Site Key.
