| Hi Kevern. I was desperately trying to find JPMorgan in that list, but it only had two options and JPMorgan was not one of them. I was using Money 2005 and according to the JPMorgan web page it was supposed to work with the latest version and the previous two years. After a while I thought I'll update and see if it helps. I still cannot think that all that information is somehow hardcoded into the applicaton, and it is most likely not, BUT once I upgraded to Money 2007 I could sure enough see JPMorgan in the list of providers. Kind of user unfriendly to HAVE to upgrade and pay 40 dollars again for a lousy provider but I tell you, if I can download all my transactions, which I cannot at this point, then I would be happy to pay that money. It is a pain and it is still not working, but if you are desperate enough, just upgrade to Money 2007 and you can at least see JPMorgan in that list. And if you do, please stay in touch through this forum thread and let me know if you manage to solve the other issue, where you cannot download all the transcations. Thanks "Kevern" wrote: - quote - > DJ, > When you went to set up online services, at least JP Morgan is a choice. | DJ, When you went to set up online services, at least JP Morgan is a choice. In my MM 2006 version I get one online investment participant, Janus, and cannot even pick JP Morgan. I have a previous inquiry into this, but am interested in your thread for follow up once I get mine (if) resolved. I would hate to think that part of the MS Money update process doesn't include downloading updates to this list. Does anyone know the answer to that? One thing you will probably want to do is to make sure that the SSL2 protocol is enabled. That checkbox may be in IE Tools-> InternetOptions-> Advanced. - quote - > Have been desperately trying to find out where to change it but cannot find
What you might be able to do is to download the older transactions> it. I don't use JP Morgan. Maybe one of the users will have an idea for> when I am setting up the account but I never see that questions. You might want to initially make sure the account is set up at http://resources.hewitt.com/jpmc/ |

| My recommendation would be to quit expecting this whole kludge called downloaded transaction data to work well, enter your data by hand, and get on with life. | Hi. Just bought MS Money 2007, mostly to download my 401k statements. But after getting it started, I can see that for all my other bank accounts all the transactions are being downloaded, but for my 401k account with JP Morgan, only one line shows up showing the total number of stocks/funds, instead of downloading the full list of transactions for the past 90 days. Have been desperately trying to find out where to change it but cannot find it. Let's say I want to specifically let the software know that I want to download ALL the transactions for the past X days, where do I change the settings? The user's guide from JP Morgan indicates that there should be a question when I am setting up the account but I never see that questions. Once I pick JP Morgan from the list (Investment account) and provide log in information, the account is set up and I don't know why it does not automatically download all the available transactions. What to do? The JP Morgan users gude clearly indicates something that I cannot find in the MS Money software. I have MS Money Deluxe 2007. Thanks for any help. |
