| As to your reinstall/download the updates Q, yes, this should work. Beyond that, I'm running out of ideas. Have you tried opening a support case directly with Microsoft? I'm assuming you've opened the sample file and it show CFF just fine? | I am currently running '07 and followed the steps for all of these items with respect to the Suport Center Article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/312814/en-us. This includes removing all the bills from FILE menu choice, Run a simple repair, run a standard repair, deleting the budget data and resetting the debt plan. I've also tried the related article (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/182608/) about how to rebuild the file. Since I created a test file to work with, I've also attempted archiving the transactional data and deleting some of the accounts which I thought may contribute to the problem. I have not resinstalled yet since the problem appears to be data related, but I'm running out of steps. If I have the service packs already installed, can I just reinstall the app, log in and then download the SPs again? | I'm coming into this late, but have you tried, in a test copy of your file, deleting all of your scheduled bills? Can it then paint the cash flow? If so, delete them one-by-one (or binary search) in another test copy, again checking cash flow periodically to see when you've deleted the problem bill(s). Then delete just those bills in yet another test copy. If Joy, recreate bills and make this your new working copy going forward. At least a technique like that worked the last time I had this kind of problem with cash flow forecasting. If M07, try Nuke The Bills in a test copy. then do a binary search to narrow the culprit down. Indeed, even if you aren't running M07, I'd seriously consider trying this in a trial copy of M07 just to see if it works. Particularly if you've already deleted all the scheduled items you can see. Nuke The Bills deletes stuff that just deleting individual recurring entries cannot, apparently. | Glyn, its not graphics drivers. I too am experiencing this problem. There seems to be something stuck somewhere. Click cash flow, attempts to load the cash flow graph, then seem to 'clicl' back to the bills page. we;ve did the things mentioned with the bills and budget and planner to no avail. all other things seem to work. Also of note, in the home page, the cash flow box shows a flat line at 0.00 for an account with some $ in it. and I can't get anywhere to choose another account for which cash flow can attempt to draw its data from. I don't know, seem MS could code up a quick reset thing or something. Say aren't you MVP? | Oddly enough, this is not resolved in 2007 either. I'm encountering the same problem. "sshatokh" wrote: - quote - > The Cash Flow Forecast graph in my Money 2006 is not displayed. | The Cash Flow Forecast graph in my Money 2006 is not displayed. No error message is shown, however the area where the forecast has to be displayed doesn't get repainted, so I can see junk from other open windows after switching between applications. MS Support article 312814 doesn't help. Bills and Deposits are now empty, there's no Debt Plan, Budget is deleted, Money data file repaired, all existing accounts carefully checked, however the problem still persists. Please advise how I can repair it. Thanks. |
