Yes. The normal split is typically called a "stock dividend" in the
US from company documents, but it is called a split by brokers and
data services.

Are you saying that I should do the "bonuses" same as splits?

Thanks

Right-click any reference to the stock and choose to
GoToInvestment. Click UpdatePrices-> RecordASplit

Enter a 2 for 1 split.

Default Stock Bonus

Hi,

I have money 2005 premium and I use it to track my overseas stocks.
Occasionally I receive bonuses where for example I get 1 stock for
every stock I have. So lets say I have 20 stocks of company XYZ, and
they issue a bonus of 1:1, I get another 20 stocks as bonus. Is there
a way to add this into money? I guess I can obviously go and record it
as a buy but I am looking for something similar to using the split I
guess.

Thanks in advance.
