| Hi Carl, I believe that I am using the 2004 version on XP with a british bank. I have managed to download statements before without difficulty and have set up a new account which is totally seperate to this and that also works fine. However, the file which contains several accounts does not download any of the statements which leads me to believe that is is a set-up issue. Any other ideas would be good. | Hi, I am trying to download statements and keep coming up with an error which says that "A communication error has occurred. Please try or call again." I have tried deleting and recreating the OFX file extension but this hasn't helped. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks Caz |
