| Cal, Here is what worked for me: Tools/settings/online service settings. Then uncheck to automatically accept transactions, Next time you update it will tell you that you have so many transactions to read and will not add them into your register until you accept them. Thanks for your help, Jeff "Cal Learner-- MVP" <via_newsgroup[at]please.tnx> wrote in message news:ts7c2399sq1317h457rcbp36a0tno5ks0v[at]4ax.com... - quote - > In microsoft.public.money, JG wrote: > > I have IE 6 I'll upgrade and see what happen. > > By the way I really don't use IE as my default browser is firefox could > > this > > be the problem? > I don't think so. |

Alternatively, I would uninstall IE7 and revert to IE6. Money works via IE. If you know how to repair your IE install, you could try that. - quote - > "Cal Learner-- MVP" <via_newsgroup[at]please.tnx> wrote in message > news:6gd7239ht1b90ia3q7jsgs91ui0q6o1fjd[at]4ax.com... > > In microsoft.public.money, JG wrote: > > > > I'm running 2007 deluxe trial edition. > > > When I download my bank accounts checking and savings 2007 shows Items to > > > review (4) where do you review these? | Hi Cal, I followed your instructions. Had a update today it showed 1- item to review. When I put the cursor over items to review I don't get the pointing figure on the cursor just the normal cursor. | Okay, It looks like I may have gotten over this one. I was getting items viewable in some accounts, but 2 were not. My recent backups were too few, so I rolled all the way back to last mbf file on flash drive on separate machine. Everything updated as it should but I had to rebuild a lot of items that have nothing to do with online banking. For time being, I am running parallel files on 2 machines. (Vista & XP MCE2005) I hope it was just a glitch. I'll know more when next update. (I need to increase number of backups I keep!!!) pailrider |

You could try opening Money once by right-clicking on the launch icon and choosing RunAsAdministrator. If the problem remains and the problem FIs are all "third party" in the http://www.microsoft.com/money/bankonline.aspx description, I would contact Microsoft support. - quote - > "Cal Learner-- MVP" wrote: > > In microsoft.public.money, JG wrote: > > > > I'm running 2007 deluxe trial edition. > > > When I download my bank accounts checking and savings 2007 shows Items to > > > review (4) where do you review these? | I'm suddenly having same problem. Cal- I tried your idea, no help. I am using Money 2007, Vista OS. Using Money for several years with online banking. Have had no problems until yesterday. I get items to review in some accounts, not all, where I did before. I am using advanced register. My view is all items. I have 12 items to review in one account and they are not there. If log into Bank Account in ie, everything is there, that isn't showing in money. I have rolled back account, repaired file, no difference. Normally you click on where it says you have transactions to review.> When I download my bank accounts checking and savings 2007 shows Items to > review (4) where do you review these? I know it will show up in the account > as (e) but has no list of new transactions to review. > Am I missing something? If that does not suffice, in Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with Tools-> InternetOptions-> DeleteFiles or Tools-> InternetOptions-> Delete-> DeleteFiles. Then in Money do File-> RepairMoneyFile-> QuickFileRepair. You may want to go to Tools-> Settings-> OnlineServiceSetting and select ShowStandardizedPayeeNamesForWhichANameIsNotFound. Download again. |
