 Re: setting up different files 1. On the File menu, point to New, and then click New File. 2. In the Save in box, click the directory where you want to save the new file. 3. In the File name box, type a name for the new file. Money adds the file name extension .mny automatically. 4. Click OK. | Re: setting up different files File|New. Money always opens the last file you used if you start it from Program Items. If you double click on the file you want to use instead, you can open the different files at different times.
