FWIW, I had this same problem with Money 2007 on XP after installing IE7 with Suntrust as well. -- __________________________________________________ ________________________________ Ed Hansberry (Please do *NOT* email me. Any ideas? in IE7 Tools-> InternetOptions-> Advanced. If the problem continues, let's try to separate the download from the processing by Money. That way you will know which end the problem is at. Let's assume you are using XP and downloading an OFX file. In that case, Start-> Settings-> ControlPanel-> FolderOptions-> FileTypes Select OFX-- Open Financial Exchange File . Click Advanced. Check Confirm Open After Download so that you will get a pop-up box that will let you Save the OFX file. Then File-> Import the file into Money. Once you fix the problem you can change it back. |

| I am using MS Money 2006 Deluxe. I upgraded to IE7 when as part of the automatic updates process several months back, but was unable to download account information fromn Suntrust so I reverted back to IE6. I am using Suntrust Internet Banking, not PC Banking, so the download is direct from the Suntrust site rather than through Money. I have never had any problems doing this with IE6. I just replaced my PC with a new one, and of course it is loaded with IE7. I would like to be able to stay with IE7, rather than revert back to IE6 if possible. Suntrust says that downloading from their site is compatible with IE7. When I attempt to download, I get a brief (less than a second) flash of a pop-up window, and then it goes away and I never get the notification within Money that the upload is complete. I have tried turning off pop-up blocking, and also played with my security settings, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas? |
