I'm guessing the key word is 'Bill'. If you select 'Bill' as the type for
scheduled transactions, 'Transfer' is not among the options in the dropdown
menu. You have to start the recurring transaction as a 'Transfer' type
transaction. That gets you the transfer form we all know and love.
