Enter it as a dividend.

Default how to record special dividend?

I am using Money 2005 Deluxe. I am not sure how to record a
transaction for a special dividend payed out for a stock, such that
Money will not register the drop of share price as a "loss". I tried
using "return of capital" but that did not change the situation.
