Yes and no. The way of doing it on the Bill Minder was a quick way to see
how a couple of bills would affect the end balance of an account. Going to
the Cash Flow usually shows too much information.

You can select multiple bills by putting a check in the Pay on Line box (be
sure to remove if after). Unfortunately, this won't work for multiple
deposits.

I did notice a new issue on the Bill Minder list as well. In Money 2004, you
could select multiple bills that were being paid out of the same account and
it would display the balance of the account before and after all the bills
were paid. Now in Money 2007 you cannot select more than one bill at a time.
I used to like that option as I could see how much an account would have
before my next paycheck after paying off upcoming bills. I could then make
transfers to my savings based on how much money would be left over after
paying my bills.

Yes, you are right about "set custom recurremet time".
There the other issues.
Reports - "schedule bills" - there is not a total. So I have to use
calulator to count my bills that are waiting. The same problem - reports -
"upcoming bills and deposits".

Default Two Momey 2007 Issues/Suggestion

I recently upgraded to MS Money 2007 Deluxe from Money 2004 and found two
issues that MS has never seemed to resolve.

The first is the frequency that bills are set at in the Bill Minder. The
list of options in 2007 is still the same as in 2004. I would have figured
that MS would finally allow you to set custom recurrent times. For example,
I have a subscription that is billed every 3 weeks - not possible to do in
Money.

Second, is what I believe to be a bug that I found to be pretty prevalent,
but apparently has not been fixed. The issue that that when I am entering a
transaction and selecting a category that has a large number of
subcategories, the scroll bar on the drop down for the subcategories is
disabled. I can move through the list using the center button on my mouse or
selecting an item and using my up/down arrows. I know I talked with a MS
technician about this issue when I first got MS Money 2004 and he replicated
the issue, yet here we are 3 versions later the issue is still there.

Ya know, I like MS Money, but MS has got to do something in keeping simple
things simple.

Thoughts?
