I've tried to install with "Run As Administrator" command but I have the
same error.
I read (http://money.mvps.org/faq/article/403.aspx) it run on Vista 32
bit but I think there are a lot of problem with 64 bit.

My operating system is a Vista Ultimate 64 bit retail version, so I've
tried to download and install the update
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929427 for 64 bit but It say me that it
can't install this version on my Operating System.

When attempting to install, right click on the
icon for installing or initial running and select "Run as
administrator".

I am not saying it is going to work. You may already know it won't.
Let us know what you learn.

If I know well there is not version for Italy. We Poles are in the same
situation. I use MM 2007 Delux because it is excellent software. Greetings
