Thanks for all the different ideas. I ended up rolling back to a previous
version again and getting my data to import. Next time this happens I will
try these suggestions before I roll back.

Thanks,

Eric Renken

Hello Eric,
I'm using Money 2004 Small Business version and this is what worked for me:

Tell Money that you want to discontinue using online services for the account.
Close and reopen Money.
Set up online services for the account again.
Worked for me.

Let us know what happens.

Sounds like you may be downloading entries which have already been
reconciled and you are also inhibiting recondiled transactions in the
register. This prevents you from seeing the matches to be reviewed.

In the account register, select the view which shows all transactions,
then accept the matches to clear them.

Good luck

I would try this:

In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with
Tools-> InternetOptions-> DeleteFiles or
Tools-> InternetOptions-> Delete-> DeleteFiles.

Then in Money do File-> RepairMoneyFile-> QuickFileRepair again.

Then go to Tools-> Settings-> OnlineServiceSetting and
select ShowStandardizedPayeeNamesForWhichANameIsNotFound. This
appears to be a global (inter-file) setting.

Download again.

Default Items to Review (x)

I don't know why but I seem to get this problem over and over. What happens
is it downloads my data from my bank and it says that I have "Items to
Review (x)" where x is the number of items to review, and when I am looking
at that acount it doesn't show me any of the records that need to be
reviewed. I can open and exit Money several time and try to do all the
different levels of repair on the file, no matter what I do I can't review
those items. It does't enter anything new into the register or match any
records. I ususaly end up having to roll back to a file that is a week or
two old and resync to my bank, and once I do that it will show me the newly
downloaded items.

I was wondering if anyone else has seen this and if so any thoughts on how
to fix this or when I get the problem is there a way to get those items
without having to go back to a previous file?

Thanks,

Eric Renken
