Money 2007 Credit Monitoring

I have heard that you might have problems if you used the other last year.

I currently use Money 2006 Deluxe and have upgraded every year so I always
have credit monitoring and get a credit report yearly. However, as I read
about Money 2007 it sounds like, althought it doesn't really come out and say
it, you have to upgrade to the Premium version to get this functionality.
Does Money 2007 Deluxe include a free credit report and free credit
monitoring for 1 year?
