Does that look like the program you had the trial for? If not,
perhaps you were actually using the Deluxe trial. If that is the
case, you would want to get a refund for your Essentials purchase,
and instead purchase Deluxe.

So what do I do? Because it pops up with that message everytime I try signing
in, and it will not let me sign it. it just goes to the message I clck ok
then it is back to the signin screen.

I guess you are thinking that the Microsoft Money Essentials you
bought won't work with the Essentials file that you have been
working on. I am confident that is not what they mean. They are not
considering trial Essentials and purchased Essentials to be a
different version of Money

I had the trial version of money essentials, I then downloaded the upgrade
and paid for it. Now when I sign in I get a message that says: Money
essentials is unable to open files from other versions of money.
So now what do I do, I can not sign in to use anything because it will not
let me.
Please let me know what to do.
