This same thing happened with my Epays. One day it all of a sudden started
back-dating my payment dates 4 days. It is using the processing date instead
of the payment date even though I don't have that box checked in the options.
My bank doesn't debit my account until the check clears, though, so I don't
want it to do it this way. I think it is a software change that got
introduced in an update rather than a change at my bank.

You'll never be able to track down the guy responsible. He probably doesn't
even know what he did. If he does, it's because he was too lazy to look up
and enter the correct clearing period for all the different types of
transactions. Alternatively, the bank's VP of Keyboards* conciously made a
decision that it's "safer" to have a long period instead of an accurate
one. (*Everybody at a bank is a VP, right?)

Your only hope is to open a formal request with the IT department at your
bank, asking them to resubmit the correct values to Microsoft, so Microsoft
can distribute updates.

Yes, my Yes was an XFER. I called my bank and they said they changed
nothing.

The settings are governed by what the bank sends to Money as far as what the
bank's requirement are.

So, they may have changed these a few months ago.
I would discuss this with your bank.

An EPAY will be delayed some number of days.

The settings for online payments are determined by the bank. So, it may be
that they are not telling Money the correct settings.

Did anything change with the "account details" of either account. Are
they both still set up under the same financial institution? ...wild
guess.

Thanks for the reply. My bank does allow me to do a transfer on the day of
entry. That is my problem. Money won't. If I chose to do one today, Money
would kick the transfer date to the 12th. If I go online and do it through
my bank's website, I can transfer today. It used to work in Money. Now it
forces me to transfer 4 days later. It is so weird.

My bank US Bank allows me to do an XFER on the day of entry.
In fact it will NOT allow me to schedule one in the future. an XFER has to
happen on that day.

A few months ago I noticed Money 2006 started messing with my transfer dates
when I am transfering money between accounts. This even caused me a nice
NSF charge. NOT happy about that. However, why all of the sudden can you
no longer transfer money without a 4 day wait period. I even called my bank
and they couldn't tell me (Compass). For example, today is the 7th. If I
do a transfer, I can set it up but the date says the 11th and I can't change
it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
