| Thanks for the reply. Changing credit card companies is not an option for me. I have a great rate and rewards. I will work outside of Money if I have to. I can track investments online through websites so I don't really need it. It is getting to be a pain anyway (see my other post about transfer dates. . .). To answer your questions If you disable online access for the Capital One credit card, is there any problem other than having to download transactions from the website or entering transactions by hand? Nope. Does Money, for example, dump you out? Nope. Are there institutions you are downloading from successfully? I only have Capital One as a credit card and my bank transactions are working fine. Does Money, for example, dump you out? Are there institutions you are downloading from successfully? That credit card company does not provide an OFX server so that Money can directly get the info. So Money has to have a third party company "screen scrape" the information from the credit card company's web site. That site can change, and it can take a while for the process to work again. For many ,changing credit card companies is not difficult. For you card company, notice the term "third party" in the description at http://www.microsoft.com/money/banko...dProvidersOnly You could contact support at Microsoft to let them know the problem exists for Capital One credit card. It's probably they know already and are working on it. You could sit tight. So, to recap the other possibilities.... You could find a different credit card unless that one has some compelling feature. For me, OFX access is a compelling feature. You could disable online access for just that card, and download from the website if they offer that ability. You could stop using Money as you proposed. Sounds drastic to me. What's going to track your investments? |

| Hello! I have seen this error listed on here and was wondering if anyone found a solution. My capital one credit card was working until I did SOMETHING to screw it up. I for the life of me have no idea what I did, but I deleted something, maybe the MSNMoney data and now I can't get it to sync up again. I get Error 'obres:22063' when I send a report. I was using Money 2006 on XP SP2. I tried Money 2007 on XP SP2 and even upgraded to VISTA to see if I can get it going again. Nothing. I would love a fix otherwise I am trashing money. This stinks! Thanks for any help you can offer! |
