Reset the problem reports first, then include/exclude accounts.

Thnx. I'll try the monthly budget. What's IIRC?
With some of the other reports checking off accounts to include or not
include in the reports doesn't appear to have an impact on the
report. Any ideas on that?

That report shows what you've added to your budget. The only way to revise
it is to add or delete categories from the budget itself.

The monthly report permits you to revise the date range to 1 or more months.
The output is an aggregate amount in a single column, IIRC.

Default selecting accounts for Annual Budget Report

The annual budget report doesn't seem to have the options that other
reports do to select certain accounts and transaction types to exclude
from the report. As a result the net of income v. expenses in this
report is different than what I think it should be. Any
recommendations?
