 Re: setting up mortgage loans Set everything up like you aren't going to do this. Then either create an extra scheduled loan payment, edited as appropriate, or add, in the split details of an existing scheduled Loan Payment, an extra Principal Transfer line in the amount of extra principal you plan on sending. Above assumes Advanced Register/Bills and NOT MEss.
