Default Money 2004 and Money 2007 Deluxe Compatibility

Im running MS Money 2004 on a laptop under Windows XP SP2. I have a
desktop running Windows Vista with all of the latest patches and
drivers. Ive just installed MS Money 2007 Deluxe onto the desktop,
under Vista, and copied the (20Mb) Money 2004 file over. When I open
the Money 2004 file using Money 2007, it goes through the motions of
converting the file, and when the conversion appears to have finished,
I then get the following message:

"Money cant open this file because it was created using a different
version of money"

When I click "Send Error Report", the details are as follows

"EventID: obres:2088
Source: 16
We're sorry
There is no additional information about this issue in the Error and
Event Log Messages or Knowledge Base databases at this time. You can
use the links in the Support area to determine whether any additional
information might be available elsewhere."

Any ideas. BTW, I allowed Money 2007 to download the updates after
installing, and then rebooted before trying to use it.

Thanx
M
