Money Essentials was presented as an option when my trial version expired.
And was not specific about it's "abilities" - as a tech writer, I would
expect a tad more information. Since it is unable/unwilling to open the old
file, I cannot open the program at all to change the properties.
I'm willing to upgrade further but, of course, would like credit back for
this program that I cannot launch. Any suggestions about the best way to
handle this - would a phone call to MS be both appropriate and expedient?
