I think that there are lots of Bank of Americas depending on which legacy
institution your account comes from. I think that the download policies are
different for each. In any case, my BOA (legacy MBNA) credit cards require
that you manually download statements from their website. The information
goes straight into Money along with the transactions that are on the
statements, but not any new transactions. Those transactions will have to
wait 'til the next statement comes out.

and finally had to give up on BOA because it never would work right and it
wasn't from the BOA side. I've had to just start logging directly into my
BOA account and downloading like I always did. As a matter of fact, the only
institution I've been able to get to work was my Discover card. I'm not sure
where Steve was coming from but I wish he would let us know if his has been
working since he contacted BOA. -

Hello friends, I just got Money 2007 and am very excited about it. i just
finished installing it and now I cant figure out how to add an account from
BOA for checking, saving and credit card.

when I try to add, it will always says : the sign-in with your financial
institution failed. please try your call again, etc etc etc.

I have got the same problem with washington Mutual credit card too...
