You may want to set
Tools-> Options-> OnlineServices-> AddADescriptionToTheMemoField
or Tools-> Settings-> OnlineServices-> AddADescriptionToTheMemoField

or rather, written checks in statements are always assigned to one payee,
on-line transactions are always assigned to another.
Is there anyway to reset Money's memory of what gets assigned where?
