Money 2005 Cannot add bank accounts

Thanks for the info, but I had already tried the Quick-File Repair. Didn't
work.
I'm running XP.
The SS L2 protocol is enabled.
This is version 14.0.80.1105

I'll take any advice you can offer. By the way, I've been reading some of
the other postings and noticed some talk about a Sample Money Program......Is
is possible that when I ran the installation originally, that I accidentally
set it up as a Sample instead of the main program?? Thanks.

You could try File-> RepairMoneyFile-> QuickFileRepair
It will probably not fix it, but it is easy and safe.

Running XP or Vista?

Check that the SSL2 protocol is enabled. That checkbox may be in
IE Tools-> InternetOptions-> Advanced.

When you do Help-> About, what is your version? 14.0.?.?

Suddenly, I can no longer add new accts, such as bank accts, expense accts.,
etc. When I click on "add new acct", I get a new page titled "acct type" and
the page freezes displaying the busy icon (hour glass). And it sits there
forever. I have to click on the Stop Loading icon to get out of the page.
Anyone had this problem or does any know how to resolve? I only have a dozen
"bank" accounts, so I'm sure I have not overloaded the program. Thanks for
your help, Wayne
