I think that if you start Money less than 24 hours later, it will do less on start up that time. Since you have the Third Party-handled bank, that limits your options. |

| This is a feature added in M06. If you contact MS like I did in early 2006, you are told to kill two processes, then re-open M06, do a quick clean, then a full clean, then a quick clean again. I remember thinking that MS's strategy was something like Dell's service in that at the end you never want to call them again. This feature was not true of M05, so I'm very sad to hear of it in M07. When I'm using this program, my mantra frequently becomes: "Doesn't anybody at Microsoft actually use this software?". Repeating that over and over helps a bit. | MS Money 2007 Deluxe, version 16.0.120.1030 on WinXP Pro SP2. Not always, but often, maybe a quarter to a third of the time, when I click the X on the right side of the caption bar to close Money, it goes away from my display but I never hear my "program exit" sound effect. Attempting to re-run Money when this happens results in an error that Money is already running. And sure enough, checking the system task manager shows msmoney.exe as running.
