Microsoft is working with Ameriprise to update the password requirements in Money. They are currently in testing and hope to have things resolved in the next week or two. So Money would be expected to send that out with the updates. Here is some speculation: I wonder if you could change your password on the Ameriprise website to an 8-character password with only alphanumeric characters, such as a93erna2w . Based on your statement that you must include a special character, I guess not. Perhaps an underscore would work for both for now. |
