That is a nice occurrence, and I think it speaks well of that bank.> I did call the bank and apparently I wasn't the only one complaining. > "They" say that the problem has been identified and fixed. It is unfortunately not common for a bank to admit such a problem. |

| This is a question for your bank's IT people. It is very possible that the bank downloaded "pending transactions" as well as the real ones. If the real deposit had a cents figure and the phantom ones were whole dollar, that is assuredly what happened. Until your bank fixes it, I'd suggest VOIDing the duplicate (and triplicate) transactions. After a week or so, you can delete them and they should not return. -- Peace, BobJ "Jeffrey Kaplan" <nomail[at]gordol.org> wrote in message news:6pf9u2hp72u7oejhpdqob9fkmtk9f3dg79[at]gordol.org... - quote - > Today, Money '07 downloaded some data automatically from my banks. | Today, Money '07 downloaded some data automatically from my banks. On one of them, it listed three identical transactions (electronic deposits) for the same day when there was only one such transaction. The first "matched" my account register, the other two are listed as "new transactions". On checking the transaction history at the bank/broker's own web site, that correctly lists a single electronic deposit. How do I go about attempting to determine where the problem is, and who to contact to get it fixed? I realize that in the short term, I can accept the dupes and then delete them. -- Jeffrey Kaplan www.gordol.org The from userid is killfiled Send personal mail to gordol "You must save the eye that does not see.
