If you are not using the "Business" version of Money then you can remove the System Pack.
If you are not using the MSN Money website, then you can remove the Toolbox.

You're right! Can I safely remove those? Maybe a better question...are they tied to MSM 2007 in any way?

"System Pack" probably means that you had the Business version installed.
The Money 2006 folder is probably from the MSN Money website. The "deluxe" Portfolio is actually a version of Money 2006 (In Add/Remove that would be listed as: MSN Money Investment Toolbox).

Can someone tell me what this is and do I need it. My machine came preinstalled with MSM 2005. I have since upgraded to MSM 2007. While scanning though my "add/remove programs listing", I noticed that this MSM 2004 System Pack is installed. I also noticed while exploring my directory structure that there is a folder for MSM 2006 in the c:\Programs directory. I have no clue where this came from either, however it is NOT listed in the "add/remove programs" listings. Am I correct in assuming that when MSM 2007 installs, it should clean out old versions?? Does MSM 2007 need files from these other sources?
