I'm seeing a similar problem -- while I can login manually, starting I
believe on Tuesday, updating fails (I had previously been able to update
without a problem). My guess, like Jeff's, is that there's a problem with
Fidelity's server and, of course, tech support is closed on the weekend.

If you were trying today it may be that the Netbenefits server is
down. I updated my accounts on Saturday and Netbenefits did not go
through. This happens from time to time. Try again on Monday. If
you had been trying earlier in the week and were not able to get
through then something else may be the cause.

Default Money 2007 and Fidelity Netbenefits

I tried to add my netbenefits account to money 2007, but it told me that I
don't have an account. I can log in directly to netbenefits, but can't do it
through Money 2007. Is there something special that I have to do? I tried to
add the account 3 different times to no avail. Thanks,
Mike McDaniel
