Got that all sorted out I just had to call, they were very helpful.

it is $4 a month and it takes 48 hours for the account to work (handled by a
3rd party company)

I appreciate the help Howard.

Thanks
Justin

I think it is buried somewhere on their web site. They issue you a
separate userid/logon to do the download to money. If you can't find
it on the web site, call them. The charge will appear monthly on your
checking account and will download into money along with alll your
transactions -- Howard

I already have the "online access" which they charge about that for (dont
really look at it)
is that a seperate charge? Do you recall how to go about setting that up?

Appreciate the help!

It's the one that has "consumer" in it. Citizens charges $3.95 per
month to download into Money, so you are going to have to enter every
transaction manually unless you pay them. -- Howard

Default Citizens Bank New Englad area

I was trying to add in my citizens bank account so i went through the list,
found citizens and went to add it. asks for the account info, i give it, it
spins its wheels for a bit and dies.

I check the review update results and it just tells me to set it up.

There are about 30 different Citizens Banks in the list, i just used the
most generic one "Citizens Bank" but has anyone been able to connect to
them? If so did i select the wrong one?

Is there a more advanced log someplace that may tell me whats going wrong?

Thanks
Justin
