| I think it is buried somewhere on their web site. They issue you a separate userid/logon to do the download to money. If you can't find it on the web site, call them. | I already have the "online access" which they charge about that for (dont really look at it) is that a seperate charge? Do you recall how to go about setting that up? Appreciate the help! | It's the one that has "consumer" in it. Citizens charges $3.95 per month to download into Money, so you are going to have to enter every transaction manually unless you pay them. -- Howard On Mon, 12 Feb 2007 19:21:10 -0500, "Justin Rich" <jrich523[at]yahoo.spam> wrotG: - quote - > I was trying to add in my citizens bank account so i went through the list, > found citizens and went to add it. asks for the account info, i give it, it > spins its wheels for a bit and dies. > I check the review update results and it just tells me to set it up. > There are about 30 different Citizens Banks in the list, i just used the > most generic one "Citizens Bank" but has anyone been able to connect to > them? | I was trying to add in my citizens bank account so i went through the list, found citizens and went to add it. asks for the account info, i give it, it spins its wheels for a bit and dies. I check the review update results and it just tells me to set it up. There are about 30 different Citizens Banks in the list, i just used the most generic one "Citizens Bank" but has anyone been able to connect to them? If so did i select the wrong one? Is there a more advanced log someplace that may tell me whats going wrong? Thanks Justin |
