You do not have to download all 3 accounts from Wells Fargo. If you have
set up all 3 accounts in MS Money then simply re-name 2 of the accounts and
do not set up on-line access. Choose the option "my financial institution is
not on the list". For the automated account use the full function of setting
up on-line access. When you download from Wells Fargo - be certain you have
selected the correct account for download.

Usually with "linked" accounts on financial websites you will see all your
accounts at log on but may choose to review each individually once you log
in. Be certain to select the account for review - then download from that
screen and verify the account number.

Here's an example:

Wells Fargo Checking On-line access desired
Savings - WF no on-line access desired
CD - WF no on-line access desired

and so on................... Set the accounts up in Money so you know what
they represent but don't allow on-line access.

These financial programs all basically work the same way. You select the
options you want and there is always a "work around" from automation on-line.

Change the Financial Institution for two of the accounts to "Wells
Fargo local", or some such. When Money presents a list of banks
asking if your bank is on the list, say your bank is not on the
list. You may have to disable online access to WF to change the
name.

Enable the account you want the downloads for. Expect to merge the
desired accounts that Money creates with the account you want to
download to. *If* Money creates two more unwanted accounts for you
for the accounts you don't want to access online, delete the
statements on the Account List page by right-clicking where it says
you have transactions to read, and then Close those extra accounts.
Do not merge them with the two accounts that you want to handle
manually.

You did not say what program you are running, so I guessed you are
using Money 2007 Deluxe or a version that will work similarly.

Hi, Im a new money user. I have Wells Fargo banking and i have several
accounts under my login name for the website. Meaning, when i go to
wellsfargo.com and then login, i can see my three accounts. What i want to do
with money, is monitor ONLY ONE ACCOUNT. So my question is, if i type in my
username and password on money, can i select to monitor the balance on only
one account? Please Help!
