Mutual fund - one retirement the other investment

You must understand that a mutual fund is not an account - it's an
investment.

From the account list, select add account and create the two separate
accounts you describe. In those accounts, add investments. If they contain
the same mutual fund, don't create two investments. In the second account,
pick the mutual fund from the drop-down list of investments.
