Did they have you try the File|Repair methods? This export/import thing has
long been a favorite of Money Support. Lots of people faced with that
prospect wisely figure that almost anything else would be better than that.

When you logon to Money and click on the Account List screen, it shows all
banking and investment accounts. My Schwab retirement account shows there now
with a subtotal of 0.00. If I click on the account, you can see the balance
is $xxxxxxxx dollars. It just started happening. Support is telling me I

of work. Any Ideas? I just want the register balance to show in the overview

the running balance of the Contributions account register? What's the
Account Summary say? What's the Account List say? What's the Account Value
bottom line number at the bottom of the Investment account register?

The 401k Manager issue is a mystery--but it's been broken or reported as
broken for longer than I can remember so I don't use it--or attempt to use
it, as the case may be. I use the Account Update at the bottom of the
Account Summary page.

I am using MS Money 2006. For some reason, my 401K account is now showing
$0.00 for a subtotal even though there is money in the register. I have tried
quick repair and full repair on the file. Restored an older backup but still
won't work.

I even tried creating a new account name. For some reason, this account also
won't show in the 401k manager even though it's marked as one, reports won't
show the account either.
