Money 2003 does include online expiration features as documented by
the EULA. So, there will come a time, when MS (in their infinite
wisdom) will disable online transaction and stock quote downloads,
and you'll be stuck only using manual entry or upgrading.

This feature was introduced in Money 2003. However, the banks are
able to prevent downloads from versions prior to 2003. My bank,
for example, receives the product version in the OFX that Money
2002 sends to it, and then refuses to provide information for that
version. The earliest version that my bank will provide info for
is Money 2004, anything before that and the bank doesn't answer.

So, yes. M03's lifespan may be coming to an end if you're unwilling
to do manual transactions and quotes.
